Direct Billing to Insurance

We are happy to offer this added convenience to our clients.

Direct Billing

We are happy to offer direct billing to extended healthcare plans which allow direct billing and online claim submissions from providers. 

As all insurance companies and plans are different. We recommend asking your plan provider directly if they allow online direct billing on your specific plan. Unfortunately at this time, insurance companies do not allow an option for direct billing for Manual Osteopathy, except in the case of Green Shield, Equitable Life, and Co-operators. Most insurance plans do allow patients to submit manual osteopathy claims online and if you are set up for direct deposit, most plans will deposit claim payments within 48 hours.

We've compiled an extensive list of insurers who typically allow direct billing. If you don't see your insurer listed, contact your insurer, or contact us and we'd be happy to help.

    Random Audits on Claims

    ​Occasionally some insurance companies will conduct random audits on claims or send claims for further processing. In these instances, we are unable to direct bill for that individual claim and you are responsible to pay the clinic for the full cost of the appointment. If your insurance company allows, we are happy to submit a claim payable to the Plan Member and the insurance company will send payment directly to the Plan Member once the claim has been processed.
