Chiropractic Techniques

There has never been a single treatment method that works for everyone. All people, conditions, injuries and bodies are different and often respond differently to treatment. To help you achieve the results you are looking for, our chiropractors are certified in various manual therapy techniques. Your clinician will determine which techniques have the greatest chance of helping you reach your health goals, and be able to adjust her treatments immediately to ensure that you continue to achieve your health goals and reduce any pain you may be feeling.

Some of the techniques and training our chiropractors may use to help you:

Our chiropractors are always learning new techniques and treatment methods to help you live life pain free.

Most recently, Dr. Cameron has taken advanced training in Webster Technique, a gentle method of assessing and rebalancing the pelvis. This technique is highly effective for dealing with pain during pregnancy and post partum and also ensures the most possible space for a growing baby's comfort. Dr. Cameron has also used this method on athletes and people who experience hip, leg and lower back symptoms with great results.

Dr. Avni is certified in the use of contemporary medical acupuncture. This is a form of acupuncture that is based upon the latest scientific medical knowledge about the treatment of pain and dysfunction using neurofunctional acupuncture and electroacupuncture. By inserting an acupuncture needle, Dr.Avni is able to stimulate your nervous system and elicit the desired outcome (muscle relaxation, decreased pain etc.)
